Hallo, what an awful blogger I am, since I have let another whole month.
Well, to tell you the truth I have started a new blog, in english: http://ferris60.wordpress.com/ (The same wordpress that hosts us), and I hope to maintain the same rule I have in my Italian blog, at least a weekly entry). Truth is that I’m not doing much progress in my weight loss, or better in keeping my weight where it is. We wnt to Austria on holidays, as usual, and it was as hot as it is here (well maybe just a bit less humid), so it kept us off temptations (like drinking good wine or eating too heavy food) and into hiking, even my husband.
Now we are back home and I struggle with light cooking and work and all the rest; it is true that is september the month of important decisions and resolutions, and I have plenty of them to bite. At least I have found an holistic doctor (in Italy natural therapies are not recognised as medicine) so I can address my incoming menopause (there are days when I feel ballooning )
At the moment I’m into a week of yoga to relax myself …Yes, after the holidays you have to be very relaxed to track back your life again.. See you and thanks for the support, I can feel it
I know what you mean about needing to relax after a vacation. I always tell my hunny that after we get back from a vacation I need a vacation to recooperate from that one. Keep on track with the yoga and get in those healthy meals. You can do it!
