Ok, ten days ago, I was happy and going strong in my recovery. Today, well, I went back to the blog after a while because me and my husband took a mini vacation, two days in Switzerland with a friend. It was great, lovely and peaceful and we learned a lot from our friend who is an art expert, and a professor at the Catholic University in Milan: around there is a world of art we simply ignore. Back home, it was hot, and humid, so humid it was hardly possible to sleep at night. This week I did only mini workouts, 30 minutes each of Lotte Berk Method. Yesterday I drove to a lake near Ivrea, a place I usually find attractive, and it was so humid I was sweating simply in Mountain Pose. I managed to run/ walk 3 times the path around the lake (thas is approx a 3km) and I was DEAD ( and still bloating - today it even worse and I don’have the courage to weight myself).

The title? Ok, I want to boycott, trying not to watch television during Olympics. Let’s say tha I am a reluctant Buddhist (around, mostly from my Government, I see a lot of hypocrisy)
